Together with the Cinqfontaines Centre, we invite school classes (from 5th grade onwards) to an educational screening of the Luxembourgish film D’Land am Schiet by director Lukas Grevis.
The film tells the story of a small Luxembourgish village that is divided when the owner of the village café wants to set up a cultural centre for refugees. When the village mascot is found dead, tensions rise, and the themes of radicalisation, polarisation and group dynamics come to the fore.
After the screening, there will be a discussion with experts from Respect.lu and the Cinqfontaines Centre.
The film is in Luxembourgish with English subtitles.
